At MSI, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance hardware and offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly through our official store. To ensure a smooth process, all returned electronics must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and serial numbers intact.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate an RMA Request
Log into your MSI member account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your device in its original box, including all cables, manuals, and software, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Send your package to the designated MSI service center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is documented and protected.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
